Due to the perishable nature of our smoked food products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless required by applicable law.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to our store policies.

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. If the product is available and ready, it may be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping transit times (such as USPS Priority Mail 1–2 business days) begin after your order has been prepared and shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers, weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can review the issue.
